Fisher & Paykel Appliances Canada Inc (Promoter) is running a DCS “The Art of Grilling” promotion on the terms set out below.

For a limited time, the Promoter is offering an instant rebate of 10% off when you purchase $8,000 or more of any Qualifying DCS Outdoor Products. Information on the instant rebate forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer/promotion, unless otherwise stated.

Who can claim?

This promotion is only open to individuals who are legal residents of, and live within Canada, and who are at least 19 years old at the time of purchase. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. This promotion shall be limited to one entry per household, except where prohibited by law. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

Promotional Period

The promotion commences 12.01am EST July 1, 2025 and closes 11.59pm EST December 31, 2025 (Promotional Period), subject to the Redemption Extension period.

Promotional Offer

Purchase $8,000 or more of any Qualifying DCS Products in a single transaction from a participating retailer during the promotional period and receive a 10% instant rebate off the total purchase price.

Taxes or any other additional fees or charges (ex: delivery, extended warranty charges) do not apply towards the $8,000 or more purchase.

If a Qualifying Product is on backorder ('out of stock') or delayed delivery, a deposit must be paid within the Promotional Period, and the full price for the Qualifying Product must be paid prior to December 31, 2026,  in order to be eligible for this offer (Redemption Extension) .

Qualifying Products are to be paid for in full during the Promotional Period (subject to the Redemption Extension). Instant rebates will be applied at the point of sale and are not exchangeable or transferable for cash.

This promotion does not apply to:

• any Promoter Quoted Builder/Commercial Contracted quotes or sales;
• trade seconds or refurbished Qualifying Products;
• Floor Qualifying products or open box Qualifying Products;
• Free Qualifying products as part of other promotional packages; or
• Trade commercial or wholesale suppliers, which includes but is not limited to purchases made from suppliers that do not generally sell to the public.

General

The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, vary the terms and conditions without notice, disqualify any purchaser or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

EXCEPT FOR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW, THE PROMOTER AND ITS RESPECTIVE BODIES CORPORATE (INCLUDING THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) AND FACEBOOK EXCLUDE ALL LIABILITY WHETHER ARISING IN TORT (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION NEGLIGENCE), CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY; OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF PROPERTY); WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE PROMOTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WHERE ARISING OUT OF THE FOLLOWING: (A) ANY TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES OR EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION (WHETHER OR NOT UNDER THE PROMOTER’S CONTROL); (B) ANY THEFT, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR THIRD PARTY INTERFERENCE; (C) ANY TAX LIABILITY INCURRED BY A PARTICIPANT; OR (D) PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION.

If for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned including, but not limited to, by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.

The Promoter may collect personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities, or use such information to contact the purchaser in relation to this promotion. These Terms and Conditions are deemed to incorporate our privacy policy and by entering the promotion, you accept the terms and conditions of our privacy policy.

The Promoter (or its associated or affiliated companies or third parties who have licensed its brands to the Promoter or contributed to the application) (Content Owner) own or license from third parties all application content. All application content remains the sole property of the applicable Content Owner and is protected under all relevant copyright, trade mark and other applicable laws. Nothing on the application should be construed as granting any license or rights to use or distribute any application content, without the Promoter's express written agreement or of the other applicable Content Owner.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or other social media provider. Participants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and/or agencies acting on its behalf and not to Facebook, Instagram or other social media provider.

Pour une durée limitée, le promoteur offre un rabais instantané de 10 % pour tout achat de 8 000 $ ou plus de produits d’extérieur DCS admissibles. Le rabais instantané est soumis aux conditions générales. La participation à cette promotion est considérée comme une acceptation des présentes conditions générales. Sauf indication contraire, cette promotion ne peut pas être combinée à d’autres offres ou promotions.

Admissibilité

Cette promotion s’adresse uniquement aux résidents autorisés du Canada âgés d’au moins 19 ans au moment de l’achat. Les employés du promoteur, des détaillants participants et des organisations associées à cette promotion (ainsi que leur famille immédiate) ne sont pas admissibles. Cette promotion est limitée à une participation par ménage, sauf là où la loi interdit une telle restriction. Elle ne peut pas être combinée à d’autres offres.

Période de promotion

La promotion débute le 1er juillet 2025 à 00 h 01 (HNE) et se termine le 31 décembre 2025 à 23 h 59 (HNE) (la Période de promotion ), sous réserve d'une Prolongation de la période d'achat (comme défini ci-dessous). .

Offre promotionnelle

À l’achat de 8 000 $ ou plus de produits DCS admissibles en une seule transaction chez un détaillant participant pendant la période de promotion, recevez un rabais instantané de 10 % sur le prix d’achat total.

Les taxes ou les autres frais (p. ex. frais de livraison, garantie prolongée) ne sont pas inclus dans le montant d’achat de 8 000 $ ou plus.

Si un produit admissible est en rupture de stock ou fait l’objet d’un retard de livraison, un acompte doit être versé pendant la période de promotion et le produit admissible doit être payé en entier avant le 31 décembre 2026 pour conserver l’admissibilité à cette offre (la prolongation de la période d’achat).

Les produits admissibles doivent être payés en entier. Les rabais instantanés sont appliqués à la valeur totale au point de vente et ne sont ni échangeables ni monnayables.

Cette promotion ne s’applique pas :

• aux devis et aux ventes sous contrat commercial/constructeur du promoteur;
• aux produits admissibles de seconde main ou remis à neuf;
• aux produits admissibles en démonstration ou dans une boîte ouverte;
• aux produits admissibles offerts gratuitement dans le cadre d’une autre promotion;
• aux achats effectués par des fournisseurs commerciaux et grossistes, y compris les fournisseurs qui ne vendent généralement pas directement au public.

Dispositions générales

Le promoteur peut annoncer cette promotion sur Facebook ou sur d’autres plateformes de médias sociaux tiers, y compris au moyen de publicités. Toutefois, cette promotion n’est pas commanditée, appuyée, ni administrée par Meta ou d’autres plateformes de médias sociaux tiers, et n’y est pas associée. Dans toute la mesure permise par la loi, vous convenez de dégager Meta et toute autre plateforme de médias sociaux tiers de toute responsabilité découlant de la promotion.

Si, pour quelque raison que ce soit, un élément de la promotion ne fonctionne pas comme prévu, y compris en raison d’un acte de sabotage, d’une intervention non autorisée, d’une fraude, d’une panne technique ou de toute autre cause hors du contrôle du promoteur, qui nuit à la gestion, à la sécurité, à l’équité, à l’intégrité ou au bon déroulement de la promotion, le promoteur peut, à sa discrétion exclusive, annuler, résilier, modifier ou suspendre la promotion, ou invalider tous les participants concernés.

La promotion est nulle lorsque les lois l’interdisent, et elle est assujettie à toutes les lois fédérales, provinciales et territoriales du Canada.
