Terms and Conditions

Information on the promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Who can claim?

This promotion is only open to individuals who are legal residents of, and live within, the 50 United States of America who are at least 21 years old at the time of purchase. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. This promotion does not apply to any Fisher & Paykel USA Quoted Builder/Commercial Contracted quotes or sales or any trade seconds or refurbished products. Floor products or open box products do not qualify. Free products as part of other promotional packages do not qualify. This promotion shall be limited to one claim per household, except where prohibited by law. Excludes all purchases from Lowe's.

Promotional Period

The promotion commences 12.01am (PST) February 01, 2020 and closes 11.59pm (PST) December 31, 2020 (Promotional Period). Claims must be received by the Promoter by 11.59pm (PST) on February 28, 2021. Any claims received after this date will be ineligible.

Promotional Offer

Purchase $10,000 worth of any qualifying product as set out below (Qualifying Products) from a participating retailer during the Promotional Period and register your claim online by 11.59pm (PST) on February 28, 2021 to be eligible to receive 5% Mail-in Rebate, paid by check.

Taxes or any other additional fees or charges (e.g. delivery, extended warranty charges) do not apply towards the $10,000.

Qualifying Products

Any DCS products including accessories.

Purchases of Qualifying Products are to be paid in full with the same retailer in the same transaction prior to registering your claim for this promotion. Layby's will not be accepted unless paid in full within the Promotional Period. Qualifying Products purchased under finance or payment agreements are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

If a Qualifying Product is on backorder ('out of stock') a deposit on that product must be paid during the Promotional Period to be eligible for this offer. Full payment and receipt of the product(s) (and therefore access to the product serial number) must occur before the Claims Closing Date in order to lodge an online claim for this promotional offer.

How to claim

You must register for your claim online. Claimants must agree to these full Terms and Conditions on the online claim form and supply the information marked as mandatory, including providing proof of purchase (or proof of rental agreement).

When entering your claim you must supply the following information:

  1. Contact details - name (which must match the customer name on the proof of purchase), address & daytime contact phone number
  2. Serial numbers and SKU number (5 digit code) of your Qualifying Products. How to locate your serial number and SKU number (5 digit code).
  3. Copy of your proof of purchase - a receipt/tax invoice indicating date of purchase, store (including address) invoice number, details of Qualifying Products including model number, the price paid (excluding any taxes or additional fees or charges e.g. delivery or extended warranty costs) and total invoice amount.

You can provide a copy of your proof of purchase by either scanning or taking a photo of your proof of purchase and uploading with your claim form.

Please ensure you retain your original proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in the invalidation of a claimant's claim and forfeiture of any right to a mail-in cash-back rebate.

If your claim is approved you will receive an approval email. Your Mail-in Rebate will be posted to the address on your online claim form.

To follow up on the status of your claim, or if you do not receive your mail in rebate within 45 days of your approval email, please contact us and provide your full name, contact number and unique code (found in your approval email).

This promotional offer is not available to customers who choose to delay delivery of their Qualifying Products beyond the Promotional Period as the provision of serial numbers is mandatory for entry into this promotion.

The claimant agrees that if they receive the mail-in rebate but then return the Qualifying Product(s) under any returns policy the retailer may have, they will also return the mail-in rebate to the Promoter.

This offer is available only to the original purchaser and is nontransferable. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised.

This offer can be used in conjunction with DCS Outdoor bonus gift with purchase.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other rebate promotion or towards show buys, primetime or any other bonus offers, unless otherwise advised.

General

The rebate is received by the purchaser at the time of purchase at a participating retailer.

Instant rebates are not exchangeable or transferable for cash and are only available to the original purchaser.

The offer is not applicable to trade, commercial or wholesale suppliers, this includes but is not limited to purchases made from suppliers that do not generally sell direct to the public.  This promotion applies to purchases of A grade products only and does not apply to purchases of trade seconds, refurbished products, floor products or open box products.

All Qualifying Products must be invoiced by a single participating dealer and show one claim per household.

The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disqualify any purchaser or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion without notice. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
