This promotion is only open to individuals who are legal residents of, and live within, Canada, excluding Quebec, and who are at least 21 years old as at the time of purchase. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. This offer is not applicable to any Fisher & Paykel/DCS Quoted Builder/Commercial Contracted Quotes/Sales. This promotion shall be limited to one entry per household, except where prohibited by law.
The promotion commences 12.01am (EST) March 1, 2021 and closes 11.59pm (EST) October 31, 2021 (Promotional Period). Purchases made outside the Promotional Period are ineligible.
Purchase a qualifying Series 7 36” or 48” Grill Head and qualifying cart and qualifying cover as set out below (Qualifying Products) from a participating retailer during the Promotional Period and receive a set of side shelves (Bonus Gift) at the time of purchase.

Qualifying Products are to be paid for in full. If a Qualifying Product is on backorder ('out of stock') a deposit on that product must be paid during the Promotional Period to be eligible for this offer. Qualifying Products purchased under finance or payment agreements are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
The offer is not applicable to trade, commercial or wholesale suppliers, this includes but is not limited to purchases made from suppliers that do not generally sell direct to the public.
This promotion applies to purchases of A grade products only and does not apply to purchases of trade seconds, refurbished products, floor products or open box products. All Qualifying Products must be invoiced by a single participating dealer and show one claim per household. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disqualify any purchaser or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion without notice. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
