Karen Mordechai is a Brooklyn based Food Photographer and Stylist, founder of the renowned cooking and dinner gatherings called Sunday Suppers.
Sunday Suppers are held in a sun-drenched urban loft in Brooklyn, NY featuring DCS and Fisher & Paykel appliances and are taught by local chefs. Attendees are a mix of friends, artists & couples often meeting for the first time.The guided class is followed by a communal-table setting, reminiscent of an intimate family meal. The food is market fresh, local and organic. The approach is to create seasonal and fresh meals together, inspiring a sense of tradition and community. Sunday-Suppers.com is a food blog & documentation of these cooking and dining experiences. Classes, recipes & photos are updated frequently, providing readers with design tips & dining ideas that they may use at home.
